Outline

This course follows from the Computer Basics Level 1 course and will give you further experience with the World Wide Web using the browser program called Internet Explorer. It will then teach you how to receive emails and send plain text emails. Six places are reserved for new members who have attended the Computer Basics course. Others may join if there are spare places.

Background

PLEASE NOTE: Outlook Express (XP), Windows Mail (Vista) and Windows Live Mail (Windows7)are very similar email programs.

A Broadband internet connection.

Software Required

For those with Windows7, you should have Windows Live Mail installed and configured or else be using a webmail address.
